Syntax: FWDE(DIT) T(IME) <forward times> <boxcall>
Changes forward time settings of <boxcall>.
"-" is expanded to "APAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA".
There is no need to define all 24 letters, command multiplies
parameters until 24 is reached (only working with 1, 2, 3, 4, 6,
8, 12 letters).
Example: FWD T AUP DB0HOM
will set time settings in "fwd.bcm" to:
DB0HOM AUPAUPAUPAUPAUPAUPAUPAUP DB0HOM-8
