Why are we seeing messages like this being sent out. I send out a WP to a
partner system or a bulletin to SYSOP@WW (like this message) and after 30
days I get messages like the following from some BPQ systems. Can a BPQ
guru or creator please instruct the BPQ sysops in how to prevent this?
