on the east limb (S29E68). This regions produced a M1.7 flare on Oct.
09, peaking at 2327UT. There are risks of at least C class flares from
NOAA AR 1589. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly quiet
during the next 48 hours. The Earth is located in a fast solar wind
stream linked to a small coronal hole.
