are possible. The Earth is still under the influence of the ICME that
produced an ongoing geomagnetic storm that started with a shock at 17:30
UT on July 15, continued with a sheath region until 06:00 UT on July 16
when a magnetic cloud (SEN orientation) arrived to ACE. K at Dourbes and
Kp reached 6 and the conditions are still active, but expected to
descend to quiet levels by the end of the day.
