NOTE: the above forecasts are valid from 1230UT, 03 Jul 2012 until 05 Jul
2012
PREDICTIONS FOR 03 Jul 2012 10CM FLUX: 168 / AP: 007
PREDICTIONS FOR 04 Jul 2012 10CM FLUX: 174 / AP: 007
PREDICTIONS FOR 05 Jul 2012 10CM FLUX: 178 / AP: 007
COMMENT: Solar conditions remain at active levels. Two more M-flares
were observed in NOAA AR 1515 (Catania 99) on July 2nd: an M3.8 flare
(peak at 20:07 UT) and an M2.0 flare (peak at 23:56 UT). Many more
(high) C-flares originated in this region and in NOAA AR 1513 (Catania

96). Flaring activity is expected to remain high, with a good chance for

another M-flare from NOAA AR 1515. Coronograph images from the
STEREO/COR2 and SOHO/LASCO instruments show many CME's during the past

days, but none of them are earth-directed. Geomagnetic conditions are
returning to quiet levels as the effects of the coronal hole subside.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 084, BASED ON 13 STATIONS.
