COMMENT: There were four C1 flares in the past 24 hours, most of which

were produced by returning M-flaring region 11476 on the East limb. More

C flares are expected from this region, with a chance for an isolated
M-flare.
The Earth is currently inside an intermediate speed solar wind stream
with velocities between 280 and 380 km/s, and the IMF has varied between

5 and 10 nT. The geomagnetic field was at quiet levels (Dourbes K
between 1 and 3; NOAA Kp between 1 and 3) during the past 24 hours.
Quiet levels (K Dourbes < 4) are expected for May 31 and June 1st and
2nd.
