COMMENT: Solar activity is expected to stay at eruptive level with
C-class flares likely from NOAA ARs 1469, 1470, 1471 and 1475, as well
as from a yet unnumbered AR (Catania 25), currently on the East limb,
which produced a C6.8 flare on May 5th, 09:34 UT peak time. NOAA AR 1471
produced a weak C flare on the same day around 06:00UT, possibly
associated with a CME, but no LASCO data is available at the time this
report is prepared. Geomagnetic activity is expected to be mostly quiet
for the next 48 hours.
