COMMENT: Solar activity has been very low and it's expected to remain
so for the next 48h. Geomagnetic conditions have been quiet to unsettled

at Dourbes due to a possible arrival of the CME from April 7 which is
showing some mild signatures in ACE data. The fast solar wind from a
coronal hole is expected to arrive within 48h and produce active
conditions.
