COMMENT: Flaring activity is very low. There is only a small chance for
C-flares. We have local unsettled geomagnetic conditions. These
conditions are caused by the arrival of the CME that left the Sun on Feb
24. A shock passed the spacecraft ACE at the L1 point on Feb 26, around
21UT. Unsettled geomagnetic conditions might still occur. Further, we
expect quiet conditions. The proton flux has decreased to normal values.
