COMMENT: Solar activity remains low. However, several CMEs went off at

the East limb over the last 24 hours. The probability of C flares is
thus expected to increase, with a slight risk of an M flare, as new
active centers rotate on the disk at the East limb. The solar wind speed

increased from 300 to 400 km/s over the last 24 hours, with random
fluctuations of the interplanetary magnetic field. This raised the
geomagnetic activity to unsettled levels. Those unsettled conditions
should continue for one more day, with possible temporary active
conditions mainly at high latitudes, before returning to quiet to
unsettled levels by Dec. 12.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 071, BASED ON 08 STATIONS.
