COMMENT: Several C-flares were observed in the past 24 hours, mainly
from NOAA AR 1348 (Cat 42). This same region produced an M1.2 flare this

morning with peak time 09:12 UT. This flare was associated with a
northward CME which is not expected to be geo-effective. SOHO/LASCO and

STEREO/SECCHI coronographs observed other CME's. The most prominent one

entered the LASCO field-of-view around 20:36 UT yesterday. This CME was

also observed by SECCHI and was directed mostly towards the south. It is

possible that we receive a glancing blow from this CME on november 18,

which could lead to unsettled or active geomagnetic conditions. The
northern part of a very large filament, running fron the notheast
towards the center of the solar disk, erupted yesterday around 15:30 UT,

which was observed by SDO and as a CME in all coronographs.
We expect more C-flares in the coming 24h, with a possibility for
another M-flare. Geomagnetic conditions will remain quiet.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 101, BASED ON 11 STATIONS.
