COMMENT: Newly emerged NOAA region 11333 produced a C2.6 flare on
October 27, with peak time 18:44 UT. C-flares remain possible within the

next 48 hours, with a slight chance for an M-flare, especially from NOAA

regions 11330 and 11333.

The geomagnetic field has been quiet and is expected to remain so until

the first half of October 29. An increase to active levels is expected

afterwards, due to the effects of a recurrent coronal hole high speed
stream. On October 30, there is a chance for a minor geomagnetic storm

due to the arrival of the partial halo CME first seen by LASCO C2 on
October 26, 10h UT.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 067, BASED ON 16 STATIONS.
