COMMENT: Solar activity was low, several C-class flares in past 24h,
the strongest: C1.3 from NOAA AR 1319 (Catania 7) peaking at 01:12 UT.

All active regions are stable or decaying, so there are low chances of

larger events. There was a backsided halo CME reported by CACTUS at
12:24 UT on October 14, it is not expected to be geoeffective. The solar

wind stream from the coronal hole has arrived and produced some
unsettled conditions, solar wind speed is close to 500 km/s now, expect

more unsettled to minor storm conditions in the next 48h.
