COMMENT: Solar activity is low but several B flares and one C flare was

produced by a new active region that is about to appear at the North
East limb. There is thus a chance for additional C flares from this
active region. The solar wind remains moderately fast and turbulent. We

thus expect the current quiet to unsettled geomagnetic conditions to
continue over the next 48 hours, then declining to quiet levels as this

weak coronal hole stream subsides.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 009, BASED ON 05 STATIONS.
