COMMENT: NOAA AR 1190 produced an M1.3 flare peaking at 17:12 UT on
April 15, its size has increased rapidly since yesterday and can produce

more M- class flares (AR 1193 also). There have been several CMEs, the

largest one related to a filament eruption close to NOAA AR 1187 at
20:44 UT on April 15, they are not believed to be geoeffective.
Geomagnetic conditions are quiet and expected to remain so, even though

we may see a shock from the CME that erupted on April 12.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 071, BASED ON 05 STATIONS.
