COMMENT: Solar activity is increasing with the appearance of NOAA AR
1193 over the east limb, there are now three ARs (1190, 1191 and 1193)

producing C-class flares. The chance of an M- flare has increased now
with the new AR 1193 which already produced a C4.9 flare at 05:27 UT.
Geomagnetic conditions are quiet, with the solar wind speed back to low

values (~430 km/s), no disturbances are expected.
