COMMENT: Solar activity has been dominated by C-class flares from ARs
1190 and 1191. The latter produced the strongest flare of the past 24h
(C2.2 peaking at 06:28 UT). More C flares are expected, and low
probabilities of M-class flares should be considered. The effect of the
fast solar wind stream (reaching almost 700 km/s yesterday, and
elevating Kp to 5) is decreasing now and mostly quiet conditions can be
expected.
