2011 March 15 at 10:31 a.m. MDT (2011 March 15 1631 UTC)
**** SPACE WEATHER OUTLOOK ****
Summary For March 7-13
A category G1 (Minor) geomagnetic storm occurred on 11 March due to the
mixed effects of a coronal hole high-speed stream and the arrival of a

A category S1 (Minor) solar radiation storm was observed from 8-10 March
due to solar activity from active sunspot Region 1164.
Category R3 (Strong) and R2 (Moderate) radio blackouts were observed on
9 March due to solar activity from active sunspot Region 1166 and on 8
March due to solar activity from active sunspot Region 1665,
respectfully.
Several R1 (Minor) radio blackouts were observed throughout the period
due to elevated solar activity.
Outlook For March 16-22
