COMMENT: The GOES Xray background level has gone down to B-level. Two
strong C-flares occurred yesterday in the NOAA AR 11166 with
beta-gamma-delta configuration: a C7.0 flare peaking at 13h and a C9.6

flare peaking at 15h29. This last flare was associated with a Type II
radio burst observed in Humain. More C-flares are expected in the coming

hours. An M-flare is also possible. Geomagnetic conditions are quiet and

expected to remain so in the coming period.
