COMMENT: Solar activity returned to quiet levels. NOAA AR 1161 is still

capable of producing a C flare, but has been quiet during the past 12
hours. Geomagnetic activity is quiet and is expected to remain so during

the next days. A large coronal hole is visible at central meridian as
seen from STEREO-B, the fast wind speed arrived at STEREO-B, yesterday

Feb 21. This means that we may expect geomagnetic active conditions
around Feb 27-28.
