COMMENT: Active region NOAA11150 is quickly decaying but other sunspots
are now appearing near disk center. This new moderate activity may
produce C flares, with only a slight chance of an M flare. A weak shock
was recorded by ACE in the solar wind on Feb.4 at 1:30UT. It caused
temporary unsettled geomagnetic conditions, with active levels only at
high latitude stations. The current disturbance is now expected to decay
with possible unsettled intervals over the next 12 hours, then a return
to quiet geomagnetic conditions.
