COMMENT: The activity of Catania sunspot group 98 (NOAA AR 1147)
somewhat decreased, although a C-class flare is still possible to occur

in this group. The Earth is currently inside a slow (430 km/s) solar
wind speed with average (5-6 nT) interplanetary magnetic field
magnitude. We expect quiet geomagnetic conditions in the coming hours.
A
fast solar wind stream from a low-latitude coronal hole in the southern

hemisphere is expected to arrive at the Earth tomorrow, possibly
resulting in active geomagnetic conditions.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 012, BASED ON 04 STATIONS.
