COMMENT: The GOES spacecraft observed a C1-flare this morning around
4:20 UT, occurring in NOAA AR 1138. This event was also nicely imaged by

PROBA2/SWAP. Another C-class flare from this region is possible. Several

CME's were observed by LASCO and STEREO during the past days. From the

STEREO data however, we can conclude that none of them was directed
towards Earth. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to remain quiet. The

all quiet alert stays valid.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 028, BASED ON 06 STATIONS.
