COMMENT: Solar activity is currently very low and it should remain low,

with only a slight chance of a C flare. Until late October 23, the Earth

magnetosphere is expected to remain quiet as it is now. By October 24,

the influence of a coronal hole will induce a weak disturbance. The
geomagnetic activity is then expected to become unsettled to active for

about one day, before decaying again.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 022, BASED ON 07 STATIONS.
