COMMENT: Active region NOAA11112 (Catania#48/49) is still slightly
growing but has been less active over the last 24 hours. It can still
produce C flares with a small chance of an M flare. The solar wind speed
is slightly elevated at 380km/s and may temporarily rise further over
the coming two days, due to a recurrent fast solar wind stream. However,
the source coronal hole on the Sun has shrunk substantially over the
last rotation. Given its small size and limited impact over past
rotations, we expect mostly quiet to unsettled geomagnetic conditions
with possible short active intervals.
