COMMENT: Two sunspot groups are currently reported on the solar disk
(Catania numbers 38 and 41, NOAA ARs 1106 and 1108 respectively).
Flaring activity above the B-level is unlikely, although an isolated
C-class flare is possible. The Earth is currently inside the slow (320
km/s) solar wind flow with weak (around 2 nT) interplanetary magnetic
field magnitude. We expect quiet geomagnetic conditions in the coming
hours. The arrival of a fast solar wind stream emanating from a
low-latitude coronal hole in the northern solar hemisphere is expected
tomorrow. We do not expect the resulting geomagnetic conditions to be
above the active level (K = 4).
