COMMENT: Only two new small sunspots were observed on the Sun today,
but STEREO imagery indicates that a larger active region is about the
appear at the South-East limb of the Sun. This may raise slightly the
current very low solar activity, with a chance of a few C flares. The
solar wind speed is still slightly elevated at 450km/s but the Bz
component of the interplanetary magnetic field is positive. Therefore,

we expect mostly quiet geomagnetic conditions.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 002, BASED ON 07 STATIONS.
