COMMENT: Solar activity is very low, there are small chances of C-class

flares from AR NOAA 11092. Geomagnetic activity has ranged from quiet to

unsettled levels in the last 24 hours. The same conditions are expected

to continue, as the influence of the fast speed stream is starting to
decay with a descending solar wind speed around 520 km/s and magnetic
fields below 4 nT. There was a north east CME, seen first at 16:06 UT
from LASCO-C2 after a data gap. It was seen as a partial halo from
STEREO-B and may hit that spacecraft, but there are small chances of an

encounter with the Earth.
