COMMENT: NOAA AR 11089 produced a C2.8 flare peaking at 20:42 on July
28, this region has increased in size in the last 24 hours and can
produce more C-flares with slight chances of M-class flares. NOAA AR
11090 rotating over the eastern limb has also potential for C-class
flares. Geomagnetic activity has been mostly unsettled during the last

24 hours, the solar wind speed is close to 600 km/s and the
interplanetary magnetic field around 4 nT. As the northern part of the

recurrent coronal hole is joining the polar coronal hole, unsettled to

active conditions are expected for at least 48 hours more.
