COMMENT: Two sunspot groups currently visible on the solar disc
(Catania numbers 93 and 95, NOAA ARs 1084 and 1086 respectively) are
unlikely to produce a C-flare. The Earth is currently inside the slow
(330 km/s) solar wind flow with weak (2-3 nT) interplanetary magnetic
field magnitude. We expect quiet geomagnetic conditions in the next 48

hours.
