COMMENT: Two sunspot groups are currently reported on the Sun: Catania

numbers 93 (NOAA AR 1084) and 94 (no NOAA number yet). These two groups

are unlikely to produce a C-class flare. The Earth is currently inside
a
solar wind flow with a moderate speed (around 480 km/s) and average
interplanetary magnetic field magnitude (4-5 nT). Geomagnetic situation

will be quiet in the coming hours. The arrival of the fast solar wind
stream from a low-latitude extension of the northern polar coronal hole

is expected to occur tomorrow. Active geomagnetic conditions are
expected, and isolated minor storm intervals are possible.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 015, BASED ON 19 STATIONS.
