COMMENT: Active region NOAA11078 has grown further to a D-type sunspot

groups. It can produce occasional C flares. The solar wind speed has
decreased further to 300km/s. The expected solar coronal hole influence

does not seem to happen. It may also still reach the Earth later than
expected but with limited consequences. We thus predict mostly quiet to

unsettled conditions for the next two days.
