COMMENT: Solar activity remains low. Geomagnetic conditions are quiet
but might turn to unsettled levels tomorrow due to the fast solar wind

from a weak coronal hole. The halo CME on April 22 may also arrive to
Earth between today and tomorrow and cause isolated active periods. It

was propagating southwards, as seen from STEREO, so important
geomagnetic consequences are not very likely. The All-Quiet-Alert is
removed.
