IA. Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from 22/2100Z
to 23/2100Z: Solar activity has been at very low levels for the past
24 hours. Region 1057 (N16E73), which was numbered today, produced
two B-class flares, the largest being a B5 long duration flare at
23/1921Z. Region 1056 (N18W34) continued to gradually decay and
simplify.
IB. Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be at
very low levels for the next three days (24-26 March). There is a
slight chance for C-class flares from Region 1057.
IIA. Geophysical Activity Summary 22/2100Z to 23/2100Z:
The geomagnetic field was at quiet levels for the past 24 hours.
IIB. Geophysical Activity Forecast: The geomagnetic field is
expected to be at quiet levels on day one (24 March) and at quiet to
unsettled levels on days two and three (25-26 March) due to the
arrival of a weak coronal hole high-speed stream.
