COMMENT: Solar activity is expected to remain low, with only occasional
C flares. The solar wind speed remains slow, but the arrival of an
Earth-directed CME is expected late today March 16 or tomorrow March 17.
This rather weak disturbance may trigger temporary active geomagnetic
conditions with a chance for minor geomagnetic storm levels, mainly on
March 17. Thereafter, the geomagnetic field will return to quiet to
unsettled conditions.
TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 021, BASED ON 06 STATIONS.
