COMMENT: NOAA AR 11041 produced one M3.4 flare peaking at 17:55 UT, on

January 20. C-class flares are highly probable and occasional M-class
flares may occur. There was a minor geomagnetic storm during one 3-hour

period (Kp=5) starting at 15:00 UT on January 20, caused by the late
arrival of the fast solar wind from a coronal hole. No more disturbances

are expected for the coming days.
