IA.  Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from  07/2100Z

to 08/2100Z:  Solar activity was very low. No flares were observed.

The visible disk was spotless.

IB.  Solar Activity Forecast:  Solar activity is expected to be very

low.

IIA.  Geophysical Activity Summary 07/2100Z to 08/2100Z:

The geomagnetic field was at quiet to unsettled levels, due to a weak

recurrent coronal high-speed stream. Wind speeds increased from 260

km/s to 451 km/s at 08/1934Z. The interplanetary magnetic field

(IMF) showed an enhancement of total field of 11 nT, while the

southward component reached -9 nT.

IIB.  Geophysical Activity Forecast:  The geomagnetic field is

expected to be quiet, with a chance for an isolated unsettled period

early in the period, on day one (09 November). Quiet levels are

expected  for days two and three  (09-11 November).
