COMMENT: Active region NOAA0978 entered a new growth period and
acquired a complex gamma-delta magnetic configuration. Since yesterday,
two more small impulsive C1 flares were produced, and more C flares are
expected, with a possibility of a small M flare. The solar wind speed
continues its slow decline, now under 500km/s. Quiet geomagnetic
conditions are thus expected for the rest of the 3-day period.
