COMMENT: Two sunspots are visible on the solar disk. Both have a
magnetic configuration typical for solar cycle 24 and are situated at a

high latitude. Due to those sunspots and the associated coronal active

regions, the background X-ray flux increased to the A-level. We expect

quiet flaring conditions. The geomagnetic conditions are quiet at the
moment. The all-quiet alert stays valid.
