COMMENT: Solar activity is expected to be very low for the next 48
hours. Geomagnetic activity is expected to stay at active to possibly
minor storm levels during the next 24 hours and then return to quiet to
active levels. The Earth is now within a high speed solar wind stream
with current speed measurements around 500 km/s. Minor storm levels were
observed at planetary levels early on July 22nd with estimated Kp
indices of 5 and 4 between 3 and 9 UT.
