COMMENT: The solar activity is quiet and is expected to remain so. The

fast solar wind stream from a low-latitude coronal hole is over. The
solar wind speed is currently around 450 km/s. The interplanetary
magnetic field is somewhat perturbed: it was steadily southward and its

magnitude was around 8 nT during the last 24 hours. As the southward
field was not sufficiently strong (less than 5 nT during the most of the

time), no geomagnetic storm was produced. The field magnitude is back at

average level (5 nT), so we do not expect any significant geomagnetic
disturbance in the coming hours.

TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 000, BASED ON 05 STATIONS.
