COMMENT: Solar and geomagnetic activity is quiet and is expected to
remain so in the next 24 hours. A fragmented low-latitude coronal hole
is now situated at the solar central meridian. The fast solar wind
stream emanating from it is expected to arrive to the Earth on December
3-4. We do not expect it to produce a significant geomagnetic
disturbance.
