IOTA CHECKPOINT VACANCY IN BRAZIL ---> "The IOTA Board were sorry to hear
from Luciano Sampaio de Souza, PT7WA that he had decided to step down from
the post of Checkpoint for Brazil. We are grateful to him for the many
years' service in that role since 2009 and thank him most sincerely for the
care and attention he has paid to it. We wish him the very best for the
future.
It follows that we are now looking to appoint an IOTA enthusiast to fill the
post of Checkpoint for Brazil. It is a volunteer one, not heavily loaded,
but it does require a good knowledge of English, awareness of key IOTA rules
and a commitment to uphold the principles of the IOTA Programme, and suffi-
cient IT skills to process online applications. This is a good opportunity
to join a group of dedicated folk whose interest is to support IOTA into the
future as a leading international programme aimed at promoting activity on
the bands. Fuller details are available on request from g3kma[@]outlook.com
where applications supported by a statement of personal skills should be
sent before 21 April 2025".

VOACAP & ITURHFPROP ---> Developed by the International Telecommunication
Union (ITU), the ITURHFProp propagation prediction engine is now fully
integrated into VOACAP Online for Ham Radio (https://voacap.com/hf/).
ITURHFProp provides point-to-point HF propagation predictions across all
amateur radio bands. With VOACAP and ITURHFProp using different prediction
methodologies, you can now compare their results side by side and gain
deeper insights into HF propagation.
The latest version of the comprehensive VOACAP Online User's Manual can be
