The following is from an ARDC Administrator in response to a question
about processing tickets on their new system. What they have yet to
realize, and hopefully implement, is that the Regional Coordinators have
available every day for all different hours of the day to process the
work needed to help the users. It seems that things have REALLY taken
a corporate/job approach since they turned into a $150 million foundation.
The sense of volunteers helping volunteers seems to have been eradicated.
So sad.

"I can confirm that a ticket was created for your request and it will be
processed in due course, please bear in mind that today is a Sunday and
tomorrow is Labour Day in the US, so most of ARDC staff will not be
available to pick up tickets until Tuesday."
