Hiya all.
Have discovered to my cost, in labour, in and out of shack, that the MB
does not LIKE any connection to its end fed wire. If it is give a decent
8ft or longer of wire, on a good day it will give 1.8-52Mhz at 1.3.1 vswr
at 100w for about ten minutes then unless the power is reduced to say 25w
the vswr will rise. PLEASE do NOT add anything to the wire. An ATU/AMU is
not required and it really is a good performer but leave well alone once
bedded in. I normally allow at least 7 days for bedding in to be
successful.
