Hello to all my users and BBS forwarding partners
We have had an Internet cabling upgrade on the 6th December
replacing the overhard telephone wires
with cable
The ISP has provided and all signing danclng Cable Modem
router/firewall with lots of bells and whisltes
I just wanted a cable modem to link to my own 'posh'
firewall/router.
Currently waiting to my ISP to get back to me.
In the meantime I am relying on my back up Radio Links
70cms and LF HF Pactor forwarding partners.
All my 30+ UDP tunnels are down currently
The IP ADDRESS HAS NOT CHANGED Which it Good News
Hopefully the ISP wil get back to me.
For Internet connectivity I have my portable
Laptop and Mobile Broadband modem.router for communication
in the meantime
FRITZ!BOX may be all bells and whistles, I do not need any of those
Just a cable modem.
Right going back to 'Hurt Sulking Mode'
take care, I need to manage my 'brain overload'
thought those working, management days had gone.
