In 2020 the Helvetia Telegraphy Club HTC is marking its 40th anniversary.
To help us celebrate, the Swiss telecom authorities BAKOM have granted us
permission to use two special club callsigns during 2020, specifically
HB40HC and HB40HTC.
We expect to put these calls on the air for various EuCW contests and we
want them to count as EuCW club stations for scoring purposes.
I kindly request that the organizers of all EuCW contests in 2020 make note
of these calls in their rules and regulations and in scoring. This will first
be the case for the EuCW 160m CW party.
