"Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients (makes 20 bars)
150 grams (6 ounces) Butter
1 cup Baking Cocoa
4 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
3/4 cup Plain Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 cup chopped White Chocolate pieces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320 Fahrenheit). Line base of a 27cm
by 18cm by 3 cm tin (11 inch by 7 inch by 1 1/2 inch) with baking paper.
Melt butter and stir in baking cocoa, allow to cool slightly. Beat in
eggs. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Sift flour and baking powder together.
Add to mixture and stir until thoroughly mixed. Stir through chopped white
chocolate pieces. Turn mixture into the baking tin. Bake in preheated oven
for 45 to 50 minutes or until just firm when pressed in the centre. Leave
in tin for 20 minutes then turn out onto a rack. When cold cut into bars.
Dust with baking cocoa, if desired."
