Ingredients
4 ounces (100 grams) Butter
3 ounces (75 grams) Sugar
1 Egg
3/4 Breakfast cup Plain Flour
Pinch of Salt
1 raised teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Breakfast cup Bran
3/4 Breakfast cup Wholemeal Flour
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and beat well. Sift flour, baking powder
and salt, and add wholemeal flour and bran. Knead well. Roll out on a
floured board, cut and bake 20 minutes at 375 Fahrenheit (190 degrees
Celsius)."

maker of baking powder, custard powder, cornflour and jelly crystals.
