"Walnut Brownies

Ingredients
4 ounces (100 grams) Butter
4 ounces (100 grams) Sugar
1 Egg
8 ounces (200 grams) Plain Flour
1 tablespoon Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Breakfast cup Chopped Walnuts
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and beat well. Mix in the dry ingredients.
Roll out on greaseproof paper 1/2 inch (12 mm) thick. Place on a greased
tray and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 375 Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
Cut while hot into squares or fingers."

maker of baking powder, custard powder, cornflour and jelly crystals.
